Is it bitter?
The bitterness is light because it is a first spring harvest. If it tastes bitter, the water is probably too hot: keep it at 70–80°C.
First time making matcha at home. Is it hard?
No. You need matcha, warm water and something to whisk with. The electric whisk is the easiest start, and the scoop gives you the right amount every time.
Can I drink it iced?
Yes. Whisk it with a little warm water first, then pour it over ice and cold milk.
How do I store it after opening?
Close the tin well and keep it cool, dry and away from light, heat and strong odors.
When will my order arrive?
Within Saudi Arabia, usually in 1–3 days. You choose the delivery method before payment.
