Questions before ordering

What does Premium Matcha taste like?

It is smooth, umami-rich and low in bitterness. It works with water or as a light latte.

Which product should I choose first?

Start with the 50 g tin to try the matcha itself, choose a set if you need preparation tools, or pick 100–150 g when matcha is a regular part of your routine.

What do I need to prepare matcha?

The matcha tin contains matcha only. You need a way to whisk it and measure the serving. If you already have the tools, start with the tin; otherwise choose a set and review its contents before adding it.

How is the quantity saving calculated?

The saving is calculated automatically against buying the same number of 50 g tins at their current price. No saving appears unless the offer costs less.

How do I prepare a balanced cup?

Sift 2–3 g, add about 60 ml of water at 70–80°C, then whisk in a W motion until fine foam forms. Add water, or milk and ice to taste.

How should I store matcha after opening?

Seal the tin tightly and keep it cool and dry, away from light, heat, moisture and strong odours. Always use a dry spoon.

When will my order arrive?

Preparation usually takes less than 24 hours. Delivery in Saudi Arabia usually takes 1–3 days after carrier handover. Express delivery in Riyadh depends on address, order time and availability. Final options and cost appear at checkout.

Which payment methods are available?

Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Tabby and Tamara. Availability depends on your device, country and order value at checkout. Instalments are subject to the provider's terms.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Contact us and we will review the case and provide a solution under the store's published policy.
